In this picture we have a newly caught Green frog. It is identified as a green frog because of its lateral lines on its back. This particular frog is also still undergoing metamorphosis because it still has a small tail from when it was a tadpole. Several other frogs that we have caught have been in incomplete metamorphosis because it is the spring time and newly born tadpoles are growing up into frogs.
